Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant who has successfully cleared both groups of CA Inter or one group of CA Final. Please find a brief job profile outlined below.
1. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Process financial transactions and prepare reports.
2. Corporate Compliances: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
3. Due Diligence: Assist in performing financial, legal, and tax due diligence in startup funding and M&A deals.Evaluate financial data and identify potential red flags.
4.Exposure in Internal Audit,GST,Compliances,Statutory Audit,Tax Audit.
