Job Requirement :
- B.E /B.Tech Electrical candidate with 4+ Years of experience of electrical maintenance in plastics or textile industry.
Job Role :
- Ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines
- Handling Shift to ensure minimum break down and to take some decision without any superior
- To maintain regular check list of Tape plant, Lamination
- Carry out preventive maintenance activity as per schedule and checklist provided by superior
- Attend break down maintenance after intimation from production department / superior
- Carry out Autonomous maintenance as per checklist.
- To maintain record of daily work carried out on floor
- To issue material required for maintenance activity form Store by generating issue slip
- To intimate superior by checking minimum quantity of material require for maintenance activities
- To create positive working environment & encourage team work
- To ensure work is completed in given time frame
- If any major breakdown occurs the same is informed to CEO and a joint decision is made on the spares required
- Attends to breakdowns, diagnoses faults, and oversees equipment improvements and time critical repairs
- Coordination & follow up with key external vendors and maintenance consultants
- To report to the organization’s top management on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system
- Evaluate suppliers’/vendors monitor and report on supplier Product performance on an ongoing basis
- Reporting on corrections and corrective actions taken at Management Review meetings
- Collect, analyses, and publish measurement data, to determine the root cause of process and product safety related problems and recommend action to resolve those problems
