Experience 5 years+ CDP implementation experience in a CDP Developer role. 10 years+ IT industry experience.
Job Description With experience in CDP technologies (5+ years), the successful candidate will take responsibility for leading database configuration aspects of HCL CDP implementations. Responsibilities will include: Leading data related technical workshops with customers Assisting customers in understanding all data related aspects of the CDP solution Assisting customers to make decisions on key data topics pertaining to the deployment of HCL CDP Providing knowledge transfer on data related aspects of HCL CDP to customer developers Mentoring more junior team members The candidate may also be involved in: Customizing database features e.g. Data structures Data cleansing Data transformation Identity unification Customizing data structures and processes as per customer requirements Support the Design, Build and Test phases of the implementation project Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and data challenges. Conduct workshops and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our CDP and design tailored solutions. Solution Design: Architect comprehensive solutions using the CDP product to address clients' business and technical requirements. Design scalable and extensible architectures that align with best practices and industry standards. Provide technical leadership in defining and documenting solution architecture, including data models, integration points, and system interfaces. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and support, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to assist in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development. Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, working closely with support and engineering teams. Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the use and best practices of the CDP product. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in the CDP space to provide thought leadership.
