We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance professional with 2-5 years of experience, holding a bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of banking operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This includes reconciling vendors' payments, preparing accurate data for TDS and GST returns, conducting reconciliations with GSTR 2B, generating monthly MIS reports for fund flow, and collaborating with consultants for timely compliance. Additionally, the candidate is expected to proficiently manage the Legal Compliance Tracker, possess knowledge of payroll processes, and demonstrate a keen interest in cryptocurrencies, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of evolving financial landscapes.
What you'll do here at Mudrex:
- Oversight of comprehensive banking operations to ensure smooth financial transactions
- Adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Handling and reconciling periodic vendor payments
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and facilitating timely payments
- Compilation and organization of data for Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements related to tax filings
- Detailed reconciliation of purchases with the Goods and Services Tax Return 2B (GSTR 2B)
- Addressing discrepancies to maintain accurate financial reporting
- Preparation of a monthly Management Information System (MIS) related to fund flow
- Analysis of financial data and presentation of key insights for informed decision-making
- Timely provision of data to external consultants for compliance purposes
- Collaboration with consultants to fulfill regulatory obligations efficiently
- Monitoring and updating records in the Legal Compliance Tracker
- Ensuring the organization's adherence to all legal requirements and staying current with regulatory changes
- Executing the monthly payroll based on inputs provided by the HR team
- Compliance with relevant labor laws and tax regulations in the processing of employee salaries
What we are looking for in you:
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Finance Domain
- Understanding and knowledge of payroll processes and workings
- Passionate about cryptocurrencies and their future.
- Can speak Hindi and English fluently.
