Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell. Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center. Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. We are 150+ people strong with employees spread across India and US locations. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Do You Make the Cut? The IT Director is responsible for ensuring that the company's IT systems are secure, available, consistent, and reliable at all times. The IT Director will work hands-on to manage key IT initiatives, vendor management, end-user support and training, 3rd party software licensing and hosting, data security, compliance and budgeting/planning.

Is responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization Is responsible for ensuring asset related compliance Manages user accounts and assets, and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policies End to end asset management for all the employees Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiations Accepts delivery of equipment and supplies and performs necessary inventory and storage tasks Maintains pool of loaner laptops and other equipment Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software problems for end-users Establish a ticketing system for all types of IT support requests, leveraging MSP as needed Select and remotely manage/oversee local third-party IT contractors to execute IT setup/troubleshooting work as needed Oversee the vendor vetting process and serve as internal point of contact and project manager where needed for any ensuing integrations, engineering support, etc Prepare organization for IT security audits or investigations, if needed

policies Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users Strong working knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting personal computers in a managed desktop environment Extremely self-motivated Ability to learn quickly Passionate about the possibilities at the intersection of AI + Banking Comes from an engineering background, computer science (preferably) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Acclimatize and adapt quickly; willing to be part of our ambitious growth plans
