Constellation Blu ( is a boutique advisory firm, that specializes in general corporate and advisory, commercial, and transactional matters. We specialize in the Start-up ecosystem, working with Venture Capitalists and Start-ups. We've advised a wide range of Start-ups across Incorporation & Compliance, Accounting Services, Financial Advisory, Legal Advisory, Business Finance and Special Projects and believe that every Start-up is unique and hence, needs customized solutions.
We work towards building sustaining relationships with our clients in the ecosystem.
Our client portfolio includes Purplle, Blume Ventures, Zopper, Turtlemint, Slice , to name a few.
In the role of SENIOR MANAGER – FINANCE & TAX, you will:
• Build strong relationships with our clients, become a trusted source of guidance on how they can achieve their financial and organizational goals.
• Work closely with inter-disciplinary team of lawyers, company secretaries, and like-minded professionals from prominent professional advisory firms
• Keep up to date on relevant legal framework such as direct tax, international tax, securities, and foreign exchange control regulations
• Maintain high client retention and satisfaction by providing excellent support and unwavering willingness to assist clients with any concerns
• Perform Finance Due Diligences including in analysis books of accounts, key financial metrics, regulatory and statutory compliance and preparing a detailed report to assist investors in making investing decisions
• Prepare valuation workings and valuation reports to comply with requirements of Income Tax Act, Companies Act and FEMA
• Serve as the main point of contact across multiple assignment and ensure deliverables are ready in timely manner with exceptional focus on quality
• Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions of the organization to encourage learning from each other and sharing of ideas.
You should be a CA with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience and have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and/or schedules, with a strong ability to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to demonstrate strong aptitude and build long term relationships with clients.
