Senior Sourcing Associate: Graduate with 5+ years of experience in IT sourcing (Products & services) including 1+ years of sourcing experience in initiating, executing, evaluating and managing strategic sourcing activities. Good understanding of 5-10 direct or indirect categories. The Sr. Sourcing Associate will execute intermediate and complex sourcing projects, from start to finish, including but not limited to – sourcing requests validation per LinkedIn guidelines, requirements analysis for the bid packages, communicating with LinkedIn requesters to close any data gaps, prepare and publish the package to the identified suppliers for bidding purposes, following up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation, and summarizing proposals back to the requestor. Responsibilities include: Provides sourcing services (RFP, RFI, RFQ) based on predefined service levels Create and manage reverse auctions with minimal supervision Manage and lead Sourcing Execution and driving value from the projects Manage LinkedIn expectations and ensure project success Please share profiles on priority as this is a critical requirement How You’ll Grow At HCLTech, we offer continuous opportunities for you to find your spark and grow with us.
