JOB DESCRIPTION ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR | BRAND SOLUTIONS

We are looking for an Associate Director - Digital Marketing with 7-9 years’ experience in a digital marketing agency. The role involves leading a team of brand solution managers & executives (supported by graphic designers, copywriters and a performance marketing team), to strategize and implement integrated marketing solutions anchored on digital experiences. As an Associate Director, Digital Marketing, the candidate should have in-depth digital marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. The candidate should be able to lead the team and build and strengthen business and client relationships by developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities Establishing digital marketing roadmaps based on measurable KPIs for our retainer brands, in sync with their objectives across multiple platforms like social media, their website and marketplaces. Build and oversee the execution of a strong performance marketing strategy, by developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment. Devise and oversee strategic content and campaigns while upholding creativity standards of the agency. Analyse and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads, and conversions and brand sentiments. Plan, develop, implement and manage the overall digital marketing strategy for brands. In addition, be responsible for managing, guiding and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team. Be the client servicing lead from pitch to execution for the client, with the help of a team. Monitor digital & new media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings that lead to better value for customers and higher financial value for The Content Lab.

Requirements Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools, CRM and best practices. Excellent analytical and project management skills. Experience in developing performance-led digital marketing strategies, especially with marketplace platforms.

Qualifications 7-9 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. Strong communication, conceptual/creative thinking & business acumen.
