We are seeking a seasoned Lead Automation Consultant with extensive expertise in UiPath to join our team. As a Lead Automation Consultant, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and implementation of advanced robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. You will lead a team of automation consultants, collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives , and deliver transformative automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Responsibilities
Lead the assessment, analysis, and optimization of client business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop strategic automation roadmaps.
Architect end-to-end automation solutions using the UiPath platform, including process design, workflow development, and integration with enterprise systems.
Mentor and guide a team of automation consultants, providing technical leadership, coaching, and support to ensure successful project delivery and professional development.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define automation requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align automation projects with business objectives .
Design and implement scalable and reusable automation frameworks, components, and best practices to accelerate automation development and maximize ROI.
Provide subject matter expertise on UiPath capabilities, RPA implementation methodologies, and automation governance to drive excellence and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote automation awareness, adoption, and sustainability within client organizations.
Conduct performance analysis, monitoring, and optimization of automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in RPA, AI, and automation to innovate and enhance automation offerings.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
Bachelor%27s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or related field Master%27s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience in robotic process automation (RPA) with expertise in UiPath, including development, configuration, and deployment of automation solutions.
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to analyze and optimize business processes for automation.
Experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java, and proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Knowledge of enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and integration techniques is a plus.
Certification in UiPath (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer) is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
