Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to fill various positions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and identify top-notch candidates who can contribute to our company's success. This is a work-from-home position that requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing :

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
Candidate Screening :

  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide candidates with all necessary information and support throughout the interview process.
Candidate Evaluation:

  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and interview performance to make informed hiring recommendations.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
Communication:

  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Provide timely updates on candidate progress and recruitment status.
Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and ensure their questions and concerns are addressed.
Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to improve the recruitment process.
Compliance:

  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the recruitment process.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote or work-from-home setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • This is a remote position, and candidates must have access to the necessary technology and a quiet, dedicated workspace to perform their duties effectively.
