Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team at ACMOBOOK. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to executive staff and ensure the efficient functioning of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the public relations or communications industry is a plus
  • Previous experience working with high-profile individuals is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Screen and direct incoming calls and correspondence
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle personal errands and tasks for executive staff
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
