???? Job Description: As the CFO at Multisteer, you will be key in steering our financial strategies, ensuring fiscal strength, and supporting sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
✅ Providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
✅ Managing financial risk, compliance, and optimizing cash flow.
✅ Leading financial analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
✅ Managing investor relations and participating in fundraising activities.
✅ Mentoring and leading the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
???? Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
???? Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
???? Minimum of 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
???? Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic financial management.
???? Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
