Technical Skills

• Strong competence in the use of Python, SQL, Regular Expressions, Natural Language Programming (NLP) .
• Knowledge of Hive, Hadoop Ecosystem , Linux Scripts is advisable.
• Machine Learning: Regression, Classification, Dimensionality Reduction, Clustering, Association Rules, Time Series forecasting, Parametric tests, non-parametric models
• Natural Language Processing: Text Mining, web scrapping, text classification, event extraction, topic modeling, sparsity reduction, sentiment analysis
• Statistics /Mathematics: Interpolation, extrapolation, correlation, sampling, Parametric tests, non-parametric tests ...
• Imbalance Data Treatment: Under/Over sampling, Ensemble Methods, Cost Sensitive Learning ...

Non-Technical Skills

• Analytical ability - Must have a clear understanding and experience in performing data analysis and to initiate, develop and optimize POCs to solve Retail (CPG) problems
• Team working - Ability to work with and in cross-functional and virtual teams across locations.
• Planning and Organization - Ability to prioritize work to maximize value for the business
• Organizational awareness - Ability to see the 'whole picture' and recognize the impact and opportunities of activities across the organization.

Educational Qualification:

B. Tech/BE or Graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics
