Job Title: AR Caller / AR Executive
Department: Medical OR Dental Billing
Location: Iscon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad
Work Hours:6:30 AM to 3:30 AM IST
Experience - 0.5 to 2.5 years in Medical or Dental Billing Process
Salary: As per market standards and candidate skillset
Job Responsibilities: -
· Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
· Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
· Should have experience in EV, RCM , Payment posting , Claim Processing
· Handle outbound calls to resolve insurance-related issues
· Verify the credentials of healthcare professionals
· Responsible for calling various insurance companies in the USA on behalf of doctors/physicians
· Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
· Experience candidate in AR Calling
· Good computer knowledge
Required Skills:
• Proactive team player and must have worked in any team environment.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills
• Deadline and goal-oriented person
• Willingness to work the night shift
• Should have a keen interest to work in the Medical and Dental Billing
• Graduation in any field is mandatory
