Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru, for a Stem Cell Counsellor. The Stem Cell Counsellor will be responsible for educating potential clients about stem cell banking, providing professional advice about the benefits of cryopreservation, and securing enrolment to Cryoviva's stem cell banking services. The Stem Cell Counsellor will also respond to queries from clients, complete documentation, and meet the targets assigned to their sales portfolio.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and disseminate complex scientific and medical information
- High level of proficiency in Sales and marketing principles
- Proven experience in Sales Of Biotechnology/ Medical Equipment, Real estate or Banking industries is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team environment
- Fluent in local languages. Fluent in English is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field is preferred
