Job description
Qualification : Post Graduate in any discipline
Responsibilities :
- Design new products and ensure launch of new products
- Tie up with third party partners to increase revenue for the organization.
- Implementation of process to adhere IRDAI guidelines.
- Understand competition benchmarking for commercial business and identify new products for each of the vertical. Help setting up process for all the partners and ensure adherence of the same
- Meet at least 10 customers in the year to see the business opportunity and understand the sales process
- Trainings to Sales and customer service team on handling insurance queries, insurance products and ensure reduction in insurance complaints.
- Publishing contest MIS, Business MIS, Claims MIS, Reporting exceptions and publishing dashboards for CSFD
- Co-ordinating with the respective insurance partner to generate the commission MIS and Reconcile the business done against the commission received.
- Co-ordinating with the finance team to generate the commission invoice.
- Provide visibility material and sales tools to channels as per requirement (one pager / Calculators / Posters etc. )
- Publishing congratulations & contest motivational mailers
- Track income achieved from each of the partners and reconcile along with finance team.
- Handling Tata Capital Group Policies - endorsement/Claims/ Escalations / Coordinate with respective SPOC & follow up with insurance partner on the pending claims
- Prepare GMC Review PPT basis various critical parameters.
- Coordinate with GMC SPOC & Wellness partner on the Implementation of Wellness program.
