Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager/Officer/Executive. The Event Manager/Officer/Executive will be responsible for managing events, including ideation, planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation. The Event Manager/Officer/Executive will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and visitors, as well as managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements.

• Attention to Detail and Creativity
• Budget Management and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Event Management software
• Experience in organizing events, preferably in the education industry, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
