Experience : 2 to 3 years of experience with CAD knowledge (2D & 3D modeling).
in Solidworks / Creo for Gating and Feeding calculation (Cobalt Chromium and Steel Components).
in Simulation Softwares like Magmasoft / Procast (for Investment Casting).
Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret simulation results, and provide practical solutions for process optimization.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey analysis findings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for performing computer-aided engineering (CAE) analysis using the Simulation Softwares like Magmasoft / Procast tool for Investment Casting.
Collaboration : Work closely with the engineering team to simulate and analyze casting processes, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for process optimization.
Conducting CAE Analysis : Utilize Simulation software to simulate and analyze casting processes, including mold filling, solidification, and cooling stages.
Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve casting processes by analyzing simulation results and recommending design modifications gating system optimization, and material selection.
Defect Analysis : Detect and evaluate potential casting defects, such as porosity, shrinkage, and hot spots, and provide insights into root causes and corrective actions.
Material Characterization : Collaborate with material engineers to define material properties, thermal behavior, and other relevant parameters for accurate simulations.
Design Support : Provide engineering support by analyzing and evaluating casting designs, ensuring manufacturability, and suggesting design improvements.
Validation Testing : Collaborate with the testing team to validate simulation results by conducting physical tests, analyzing data, and refining simulation models.
Documentation and Reporting : Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate analysis findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in casting technology, and new features of Simulation software to enhance analysis capabilities and contribute to process improvements.
