Designation- Customer Support Associate/ Voice & Chat Support/ Sales Executive

Process - Domestic/International (Voice/Chat/Email/Blended)

Role - Customer Support & Call Centre Operations (INBOUND & OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Qualification-

Any Graduates and Above

Requirement- Excellent Communication skills in English

Eligibility - Fresher and Experience both can apply

Education Requirements/ Skills

1. Any Graduate / Post Graduate

2. Typing speed of 30 to 40 wpm

3. Candidates who are freshers or with relevant experience in domestic/international BPO are preferred

4. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication skills

5. Strong computer knowledge and technical skill

6. Candiadtes who have experience in BPO or BFSI Domain are preferred

7. Any regional language known will add extra point in the interview
