The job involves
1. Identifying, Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns while maintaining expected quality as per company on call, chat or email 2. Documenting / Recording transactions and the necessary follow-up requests with other functions by completing forms and record logs 3. Understanding multiple products and processes 4. Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information. Job Description Designation- Customer Support Associate/ Voice & Chat Support/ Sales Executive Process - Domestic/International (Voice/Chat/Email/Blended) Role - Customer Support & Call Centre Operations (INBOUND & OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE) Qualification- Any Graduates and Above Requirement- Excellent Communication skills in English Eligibility - Fresher and Experience both can apply Perks- Bonuses and Incentives are above salary Note - Salary may vary depending upon the experience and process Education Requirements/ Skills 1.
