Our mission is to build an Energy as a Service platform that eases the process of charging electric vehicles and brings the next level of convenience to the user, grid, and infrastructure, thus ensuring faster adoption of EVs globally. Cargar's proprietary state-of-the-art hardware technology platform provides an unprecedented convenience for EV charging or powering anything electric anywhere-anytime.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems and components that meet Cargar's standards. The engineer will also contribute to the development of new products and services, provide technical guidance to other teams, and collaborate with suppliers and contractors.

Qualifications
  • Strong background in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, Power Distribution, Power Systems, and Electrical Design
  • Experience with circuit design, power regulation, and control systems
  • Proficiency with relevant software for modeling, simulation, and analysis
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry and familiarity with industry standards is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
