Role Description
This is a full-time Branch Sales Manager role located on-site in Ludhiana. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the given area, managing the branch, developing relationships with customers, and overseeing loan disbursement activities. The Branch Sales Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies, reviewing loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Fluency in local languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
