Job Summary -
. Business entity - due diligence, onboarding & maintenance
Years of experience needed -
. 2-4 years of experience in insurance, broking, or back office operations
Job Description :
Knowledge and Expertise:
. Knowledge of the insurance market and its processes
. Knowledge of broker operations
. Working knowledge of Fin Scan, Lexis Nexis, or similar product
Responsibilities:
. Monitor and resolve all BE queries received by the team
. Perform all required call backs and produce management information to enable effective tracking
. Manage the 3rd party funds held with brokers
. Daily closure of expired KYC's and third parties
. Daily credit controller review of all active BE's
. Monthly rendering review of all active BE's
. Ensure all department procedure documents are up to date
. Participate in other projects and tasks as directed by the IBA & BE Team Manager
. New team training on the due diligence procedures
. Security Committee and Business Unit MI production
Education:
. Graduate or equivalent
