Admin Executive
Location: Mumbai

Experience:
Coordinate and support various departments in administrative tasks.
Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
Play an important role in clerical and admin tasks such as scheduling meetings receiving calls arranging
appointments ordering workplace supplies managing calendar booking conference room making Travel
arrangements Flight Booking and looking for new workplace as and when required etc.
Maintaining inventory stocks i.e. Stationery Merchandise & Office assets etc.
Any other job assigned by management.
Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
Qualification:
Graduate
Able to work independently and work as a part of a team.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
5 Days Working
