Role Description Conceptualize the development of customer solutions based on said/unsaid customer needs using “design thinking” methodology and develop the solutions till commercialization Responsibility Act as internal deep subject matter expert on farming practices across crops and geographies Support cascade of knowledge within the front-end functions Work with customer solutions team to improve the understanding of customer needs Work with academia to bring in advanced knowledge of farming practices locally and globally Work with digital teams to create a knowledge database of farming practices that can be used by other functions across the organization Qualifications Skilled in Soil Science, Agriculture, and Plant Nutrition Experience in conducting research and irrigation Background in agronomy or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mastery of relevant tools and technologies BE with 10-12 years of relevant experience / Masters in AgronomyJob tags
