JOB TITLE: Senior Manager/AGM- R&D JOB TYPE: Permanent
REPORTS TO: Vice President – Production Location: Bahadurgarh
EXPERIENCE: 15 - 20 years AGE: Not more than 45 years
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
· Develop new initiatives/ road-maps in terms of R&D to improve productivity and enhance profitability.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Development of low-cost body with Len faults.
2. Development of high-class glaze world class.
3. New process development to increase Yield.
4. Candidate should have involved in Innovative activity.
5. Local raw material source development.
6. Knowledge for power/fuel saving activity.
7. To develop alternative material for making Sanitaryware body and glaze.
ROLE REPORTING: This position reports to Vice President - Production.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
· The incumbent has a B. Tech in Ceramic/M.Tech in Ceramic from a premier college or university and have at least 15-20 years' experience including solid experience in a business strategy related role.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES :
· The candidate must possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, and can collaborate well with both internal and external stakeholders;
· Preference: Same Industry experienced
Candidates needs to be sourced within Rs. 30-35 LPA compensation range
