Key Responsibilities-- Category:Cashews
- Build Network of Efficient Cashew Processors in and around Udupi amp; Mangalore regions.
- Build Cashew Processing Capacity based on the business plan.
- Process Supervision: Monitor cashew processing (input amp; Output) and evaluate processing performance, ensure that work is carried out as per set SOP amp; timelines. Coordinates within the facility to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Order Management: Meeting the customer requirement, fulfilling the orders 100% and ensuring dispatch of the Stock on time amp; as per set Quality standards.
- Quality Management: In Process checks, RM Inward checks, finished goods dispatch checks, product quality, facility hygiene and personnel hygiene meet the established standards set by the Quality Assurance team.
- Inventory Management and Control: Documents amp; Records daily deliveries of the products and shipments to update inventory and controls all the inventories required for daily production.
- Data Management: Ensures all the outputs of the entire processing are recorded at the right time and to be documented for the reports.
Criteria-- Experience: Overall 3+ years' experience in cashew processing.
- Languages Preferred: English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Work Location: Udupi and Mangalore.
- Should be ready to travel across India to meet cashew processors
- Person located around Udupi and Mangalore locations
