Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing and streamlining our supply chain operations while building and sustaining robust systems in line with the organization's Industry 5.0 goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage every stage of the supply chain process in a manufacturing setting.
2. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors of sheet metal and related materials.
3. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand based on inputs from the Planning Team.
4. Analyze operational performance and resolve SCM related issues in the manufacturing process.
5. Ensure supply chain processes meet legal and statutory requirements and standards in the manufacturing industry.
6. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth in the manufacturing sector.
7. Develop and implement operational policies and guidelines to enhance efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or other relevant streams, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Proven experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing industry.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. (Skill in Excel - minimum Intermediate level)
4. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and regulations in the manufacturing sector.
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to lead and manage a team in a manufacturing setting.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain software programs.
8. Knowledge in Zoho Inventory is a bonus.
