Job description
1. Responsible for meeting target collections and recoveries
2. Ensuring all allocated customers are met, contacted wherever field collection is required or/and for customers who are delinquent or/and for customers directed by the ACM , etc
3. Ensuring follow-ups are done in a systematic method and recorded
4. Ensuring minimal conversions of Soft repayment to field collection
5. To monitor, measure and restrict forward flow of contracts
6. To ensure collection as per the contract allocation
7. To provide inputs to ACM for all customers
8. Highlighting any discrepancies in customer behavior or asset
1. Strategy formulation and implementation:
2. To ensure collection as per guidelines
3. To ensure minimum forward flows
4. To highlight need of repossession with proper justification
5. To ensure efficient cash handling and timely deposition of cash and cheques in the branch 2. Budget and Profitability:
6. Ensure effective recovery of debt and NPA management
7. Timely repossession to ensure minimal disposal losses, as per management norms 3. Product and Process related:
8. Ensure audit compliance 4. HR and People management:
9. To perform duties as per management guidelines and maintain a cordial approach and personality 5. Customer related:
10. Addressing customer concerns, pertaining to collections
