About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual with an MBA in Health Care to join our team as the HearClear Program Manager. This position entails organizing and executing Hearing camps, with a specific focus on camp execution, lead generation, and patient coordination. As the face of HearClear, the successful candidate will represent the organization at various functions. The role necessitates exceptional managerial skills, effective communication, and collaboration abilities to ensure the seamless implementation of HearClear programs.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute health care awareness camps, optimizing reach and impact.
• Coordinate with the team and manage camps to support HearClear's objectives.
• Engage with patients, providing information and ensuring a supportive environment.
• Demonstrate strong managerial skills to lead and motivate the HearClear team.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and volunteers for effective program execution.
Qualifications:
• MBA in Health Care Management or related field.
• Proven experience in health care program management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy towards patients and community needs.
