Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager in New Delhi. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and digital marketing efforts. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital campaigns that align with the company's objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other online channels.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversion rates, while optimizing for ROI.
  3. Budget Management: Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
  5. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (SEM) to enhance organic and paid search visibility.
  6. Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, create engaging content, and grow the brand's social media following.
  7. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  8. Content Strategy: Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring it aligns with SEO strategy and resonates with the target audience.
  9. Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to enhance website user experience, speed, and functionality, optimizing for conversions.
  10. Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools and workflows to nurture leads and improve the overall customer journey.
  11. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor digital marketing team members, ensuring their professional growth and performance.
  12. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital marketing landscape.
  13. Compliance and Data Security: Ensure digital marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards, including data privacy regulations.
  14. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
  15. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content teams, to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  16. Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the brand's online presence, maintaining consistency and integrity across all digital channels.
  17. Testing and Optimization : Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies and tactics to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall digital performance.
  18. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed to execute digital marketing initiatives.
