Job Title:
Head of Marketing Recrud, a leading recruitment partner, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing on behalf of a prominent SaaS product company based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies and driving the growth of our client's innovative software solutions in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve set goals and objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Oversee the planning and execution of all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Collaborate closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive revenue growth. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and optimize marketing performance. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment in all marketing activities. Spearhead the development and dissemination of engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand loyalty. Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and make informed decisions to improve marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to use data to drive strategic decisions. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
