JL3 –Delivery Excellence: Junior Scrum and Project Coordinator

As a Scrum and Project Co-ordinator, you will be part of technology team responsible for managing and coordinating business and technical projects, managing interdependencies, identifying, analysing and mitigating risks, practising agility, thinking innovatively, effectively managing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Method & Practice Agility

• Implement processes, practices, and tools to allow for multiple paths of delivery. Support simplified, consistent, reusable, efficient and flexible ways of working.
• Support others to adopt the new processes and improvements based on program retrospectives.
• Helps establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
• Able to utilise an agile framework to support continuous improvement.

• Makes use of appropriate agile insight/metrics to support the team.
• Keeps abreast of the latest trends around agile techniques and practices, this could be achieved through attending the Agile and Scrum Community of Practice events.

Mindset and ways of working

• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and be prepared to work on a number of initiatives within SAP Technology Delivery Excellence team, SAP Technology and wider Corporate platform
• Can apply and adapt different innovative methods depending on the situation.
• Exhibits a growth mindset, always willing to learn and try new things.

• Builds rapport and use empathy effectively.

• Enabling and supporting change within your platform through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Foster a collaborative mindset across SAP Technology teams
• Experience with SAP Technology and Service Management

Additional desirable skills or knowledge

• Experience working in a large technical environment
• Proven experience and understanding of tools such as Jira, Confluence and SNOW
