As an Interaction Designer, your goal is to understand the business needs and the product requirements, empathize with the people who will be using it, and transform one's understanding into the product/service with a user-centric approach.
What are we looking for
- Passion for design and a strong command of interaction design tools and processes.
- Problem-solving attitude and continuous learning approach.
- Proven experience in creatively solving complex problems, mitigating design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, research, and marketing, and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Storytelling skills to generate empathy and design for impact.
- Ability to lead a project and team of designers while working alongside cross-disciplinary teams often working with product managers and development teams.
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma, sketch)
- B.Des or M.Des. from reputed Design institutions is preferred
- Skills commensurable to 4+ years of professional interaction design experience.

- Proposing and taking initiatives in implementing newer ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work in UXG
- Explaining design work advocating for users' needs and communicating design intent to the stakeholders and team.
