Role Description
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for real estate projects.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
2. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Present financial reports to the executive team, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
3. Budget Management:
- I'd like you to please oversee the budgeting process for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial feasibility.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
4. Cash Flow Management:
- Manage and optimize cash flow to meet the financial requirements of ongoing real estate developments.
- Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.
5. Financial Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards applicable to the real estate sector.
- Work closely with auditors to facilitate external audits and address any audit findings.
6. Project Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis for potential real estate projects, including feasibility studies, return on investment calculations, and risk assessments.
7. Financial Systems and Processes:
- Oversee and enhance financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
8. Team Leadership:
