Job Responsibilities:
- Manage order fulfillment process.
- Ensuring communication by mail, chats, and calls with buyers for a hassle-free order process.
- Helping buyers in finding products on the website, and answering their inquiries.
- Solving buyer queries related to the products and guiding them appropriately.
- Manage and handle invoices, shipping documents, logistics, and delivery.
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and PO for bulk and corporate order.
- Working with Logistic Partner. managing the accounts, looking the payment & settlements
- Know the Basic Accounting and GST return.
Other Competencies:
- Ability to handle pressure and can work independently.
- Effective communicator and possess excellent oral and written skills.
- Collaborative and flexible working style.
- Hands-on experience with MS – Excel.
- Should be a good listener, and have convincing and negotiation skills.
