JOB ROLE *
1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements ensuring
alignment with NBFC operations and regulations.
2. System Analysis: Analyze existing technology systems and their functionality identifying areas for improvement and
optimization.
3. Process Mapping: Create process flow diagrams and models to depict current and future states helping in process reengineering.
4. Data Analysis: Evaluate data sources structure and quality ensuring data integrity and accuracy for decisionmaking.
5. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technology solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory
compliance. Should be having knowledge of API functionalities and its integration with other technology platforms
6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations and ensure NBFC systems and processes adhere to these
standards.
7. System Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure that new software or system enhancements meet business
requirements.
8. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation including business and technical specifications user manuals and
reports.
9. User Training: Train endusers on new systems and processes providing ongoing support.
10. Change Management: Assist in change management by guiding teams through the transition to new systems and
processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *
Hands on experience in manual testing on Agile Methodology and others method too as per requirement.
Understanding Business requirements from business stakeholders and creating requirement document accordingly
with functional and technical solution approach.
Writing Test Cases and Test scenarios
Experience in internal stakeholders as well as vendor handling monitoring implementing processes.
Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field.
Proven experience as business analyst on Loan Origination system (LOS) Business Rule Engine (BRE) MultiBureau
(MB) applications within the financial sector preferably with NBFCs.
Strong understanding of retail loan products services and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools data analysis software and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Problemsolving abilities and a structured analytical approach.
Knowledge of IT systems databases and software development methodologies.
Conducting weekly/monthly project reviews with business stakeholders and vendors

1. Business analysts with experience of 48 years in banking/NBFC domain on Loan Origination system (LOS) Business Rule Engine
(BRE) MultiBureau (MB) applications for retail loans.
2. Technical knowledge on API functionality and its integration mechanism/architecture with other technology platforms
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Strong functional knowledge on consumer durables and twowheeler loans Good writing and communication skills capable of
handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
