Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, cultivating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers. The Senior Account Executive will assist with marketing strategies, and consult with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for creating and submitting sales reports.
Role & Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting:Â Manage billing accuracy and timeliness, oversee financial transactions for order management, and produce concise financial statements and analyses.
- Creditors & Cash Flow Management:Â Maintain creditor records, enforce credit policies, resolve billing disputes promptly, and ensure optimal cash flow and working capital management.
- Taxation & Compliance:Â Calculate and file TDS, GST, and other taxes correctly, keep updated on tax law changes, and coordinate with external tax advisors for compliance. Also ensure GST reco alongwith online GSTR2A records and customer invoicing.
- Software Proficiency & Bookkeeping:Â Use advanced Excel for data analysis, manage books via accounting software, and ensure accurate ledger reconciliations and documentation.
- Team Management & Reporting:Â Lead the accounting team, providing training and performance feedback, and report financial statuses clearly to management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance; Inter CA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting with a strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, Tally, and familiar with financial software and databases.
- Knowledgeable in TDS, GST, and tax filing processes.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
