Minimum Requirements:

Educational Qualifications : MBA / Post Graduation from a reputed institute. Candidates with engineering background in respective verticals for which they have applied will be preferred.

Total Job Experience: 4-7 Years of Relevant Experience in Industry research either Syndicate/Custom or Both.

Preferred Domain : ICT

Experience Requirement:

• 4-7 Years of Industry research experience preferably in a leading market research company with expertise in syndicate/custom research.
• The desired candidate must possess strong vertical knowledge and have hands-on experience in delivering complex client projects in tight deadlines.
• Candidates who have been leading Verticals such as Consumer Durables, FMCG, Electronics, Information Technology, Telecom, Automotive, Chemicals will be preferred.

Profile Requirement :

• Production and Review of Industry Databases and Reports
• Data Analysis, Estimation, Modeling and Forecasting
• Project Scoping, Delivery and Responding to Post Sale Client Queries
• Supporting Business Development team by preparing presales related deliverables - samples, proposals, pitch decks, Table of Contents etc.
• Work closely with SVP on key client deliverables and participating in client calls.
• Team management skills

Responsibilities & Deliveries:

• Planning, monitoring and implementing day to day elements of Custom/Syndicate Research projects.
• Production and Review of Industry Databases.
• Report writing, Charting, Data Analysis (Well versed with MS Excel).
• Checking the data accuracy produced by analysts/associate analysts and fixing errors.
• Provide daily guidance, post review feedback and training members of the team.

Job Skills:

• Proficient in MS office; advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Expert level knowledge of key secondary sources of your respective vertical .
• Good analytical knowledge; well-honed research skills and ability to deliver unique insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills including time management, project planning, tracking and delivering client requirement with focus on quality.
