Job description
A leading AStro-themed resort chain , a one of a kind company, is looking for prominent HR professional for its dynamic HR team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
⮚Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
⮚ Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
⮚ Administer employee benefits programs and handle employee relations matters. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling to onboarding, to attract top talent aligned with the company's values and objectives.
⮚ Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
⮚ Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and negotiate employment offers. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
⮚ Implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
⮚ Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and other key HR metrics.
⮚ Generate regular reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions. Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and ensure company-wide compliance.
⮚ Work closely with legal counsel when necessary to address employment-related legal matters
