Job description
* Coordinate with customers looking for after sales repair or maintenance service.
* Communication with customer to correctly understand the complaint and then assign the right person.
* Call allocation of Service Engineers and their travel planning.
* Provide quotation to customers for service and take approvals.
* Ensure proper documentation for all Service calls and contracts.
* Manage Preventive maintenance schedules for Annual Contracts.
* Manage Service tracking sheet and ensure proper data is filled on Daily Basis.
* MIS reporting in assigned formats.
Required Skills :
* Should be good at communication specifically written / email.
* Should be able to handle customer complaints with ease and maturity.
* Should have decent exposure to MSExcel and Google Sheets.
* Should be proactive in communicating and coordinating with all internal & external teams for smooth execution of orders.
