Lead D&T Analyst - ITQ

Job description

Key Accountabilities include:

- Guide the design and development of solutions for Supply Chain and ITQ projects, especially Product Lifecycle Management technology projects, by partnering with Product Owners, Architects and Delivery teams to understand business requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership for the PLM team, which requires an understanding of PLM data model and transformation required to enable future data model needs and reporting.
- Develop understanding of data integration strategy between product commercialization systems and recommend solutions in building data pipelines by converting functional requirements to technical.
- Partner with the key business contacts to understand business issues, identify opportunities and drive solution to implementation.
- Use external perspective and internal relationships to improve how we work and what we deliver.
- Partner with the D&T manager in design of training strategy and stakeholder communications
- Subject matter expert and consultant supporting a wide variety of applications.
- Use a broad range of continuous improvement tools to provide insights, drive out waste, and improve system performance.
- Advocate and influence solutions and inform on new trends and technologies, challenge assumptions where necessary.

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
- Experience working directly with business clients to design a solution that meets business requirements.
- Ability to clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies and platforms and architectural options, as well as ability to document use cases, solutions, and recommendations.
- Lead business continuance and enhancements to drive the business growth.
- Experience with databases (Oracle/SQL/GCP) and .NET mandatory
- Able to support day to day operations and technical upgrades.
- Adhere to the OLA and SLA timelines.
- Drive systemic improvements in system health through identification of key re-occurring theme and deep understanding of end-to-end system knowledge.
- Facilitate/Support operational initiatives.
- Guide and mentor team, work across geographies and stakeholders

Required Skills:
- Proficient in databases skills (GCP/Oracle/SQL) and .NET technologies.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills, including technical writing. Ability to define, prioritize & clearly communicate short- and long-term goals with multiple global stakeholders.
- Must be able to develop technical solutions to business problems and act as a bridge between business and technical team.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive to successful outcomes.
- Drive meetings to understand stakeholder requirements.

Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors

Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters

Experience

Minimum years of experience required: 12 to 14 Years
