DESCRIPTION: AdMax Local Digital is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid social to help clients realize and achieve their potential. This individual should have experience managing or assisting in management of Facebook/ Instagram performance marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is analytical, solutions-driven, creative, hungry to learn, and has a passion for growing businesses. The Growth Marketing Specialist will support client growth through a focus on driving sales, using data, analytics & creative to build a consultative solution for our customers. This is an outstanding opportunity to become a social marketing expert and to work with growing start-up ecommerce brands. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Develop and maintain learning agendas for clients around key projects for campaign structure, audiences, creative and measurement. ● Pull reporting, analyze data and insights to help guide strategy and implementation of Meta and TikTok solutions. ● Build and launch Paid Social campaigns, ad sets, and ads. ● Methodical A/B testing of ads and other media tactics ● Drive client growth across paid social platforms like FB, IG, TikTok, etc. ● Proactively identify new opportunities for growth or optimization for clients ● Proactively Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance ● Support media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs. ● Requires strong project management skills to prioritize day-to-day standard tasks, test activations, and campaign optimization. ● Participate in internal meetings, share, and collaborate with all team members. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ●5+ years of marketing experience in social and direct response marketing ● Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights. ● Advanced experience as a Facebook user and knowledge of Facebook’s ad products ● Excellent communication and relationship building skills. ● Excellent project management skills ● Excellent analytical skills including advanced Excel mastery. ● Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech)Job tags
