Kronos/E-time Senior software Engineer is responsible of E-time process and the various components of E-Time Projects, Payroll , ADP Success factors, accruals and attendance standardization.
Experience - Experience in Kronos/E-time, US Payroll, ADP SuccessFactors and attendance
- Hands on experience in handling E-time and accrual projects
- Attendance standardization project handling experience
- Good knowledge on Pay Rules(All US Pay Policies, Holidays, OTs etc)
- Good knowledge on Time-Off Request & Subtypes(ESS), Labor Levels & E-time Pay run reports
- E-time clocks corrections and implementation experience
- Responsible for Bi-Weekly US Payroll E-time data transportation and audit
- US Payroll pay run and correcting E-time out-of-balance conditions.
- Handling requests from employees and regulatory companies
- Researching the laws and regulations regarding payroll procedures for E-time.
- Working on E-Time reports, sales force tickets related to Payroll
- Subject matter expertise in partnership with US team & provide support in handling projects.
Communication: Communication with partners as per business requirement and to ensure the team is updated on all process changes, also on system issues and adhering to escalation path in troubleshooting to get the issue resolved. Reporting to Payroll Manager
Minimum Requirements - Software engineer with minimum 5-7 years' experience in E-time/Kronos
- Experience in Kronos/E-time, US Payroll, ADP SuccessFactors and attendance
- Exposure to E-time/Attendance including compliance with all Federal, State and local payroll tax laws.
- Exposure to ADP Payroll Systems(SAP, Success factors, ticketing tool etc)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Attention to detail, accurate and professional communicator
