Requirements
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including invoice processing vendor payments and customer collections for India and US entity.
- Perform monthly revenue related validation procedures and analysis including monthly revenue close process (e. g. reconcile revenue deferred revenue etc.)
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Monthly Sales commission calculations and maintaining Channel Partner/Third party Cost vs Revenue Tracker
- Ownership of Payroll process endtoend ensuring monthly/bimonthly payroll is processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Timely ensure compliance with TDS and GST payments return filings and reconciliation
- Manage and Process Employee reimbursements in adherence to the T&E Policy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and answering audit queries.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- CA Inter with at least 4 years of experience.
- Experience with a US based company is an added benefit.
- Candidate should have deep knowledge and understanding of accounting standards accounting principles and application thereof in practical situations.
- SaaS industry experience is an added advantage.
- Must have hands on MS excel PPT.
- Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
