Designation : Program Manager Location : Bangalore What will you do as a part of the team? Drive projects for Bangalore business across areas viz. new centre launches, revenue optimisation, supply optimisation, centre turnaround and product roll outs. Work with stakeholders across product, ops, quality & growth to build and optimise scalable processes Tracking and delivery of daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets. Lead and execute projects end to end that improve key business metrics. Identify and highlight issues proactively and find solutions that help the scale the business further Continuously identify new problem statements, deep dive into data, come up with robust analysis and propose solutions to improve business health and metrics for the city. This role will be an excellent fit for those who have: Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritise high-impact activities, and work on complex projects Excellent analytical skills, SQL/Python for data fetching and analysis would be highly preferable Strong problem solving skills Can handle both strategy formulation and implementation Strong growth track record in the past professional career Outstanding written, and oral communication skillsJob tags
