Job description
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within the retail store. You will be tasked with ensuring that the store meets sales targets, maintains high levels of customer satisfaction, and operates efficiently. Additionally, you will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve their goals while providing excellent customer service.
Monitor sales performance and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with inventory and merchandise is displayed attractively to maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Foster long-term customer relationships through personalized service and by exceeding customer expectations.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Requirements
Worked in as Supervisor or Senior Outlet staff, store manager.
Worked at - Dominos, pizza hut, sweets shops, Retail outlet under FMCG preferable
