Job Description:

Responsible for proper counter display of jewellery.

Responsible for supervising activities of counter sales.

Sells products by establishing contacts by developing relationships with the prospects and recommending solutions.

Maintaining quality service by enforcing organization standards.

Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing the counter targets as set by the organization.

Achieve the showroom sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining focus on quality of customer service in showrooms.

Coordinate with merchandizing team to ensure the supply of merchandise to showroom as per the demand.

Deliver showroom sales and operating expenses targets on a daily weekly monthly quarterly and annual basis.

Responsible for high level of customer service and customer delight.

Responsible for creating right shopping ambience in the showrooms.

Adhere to reverse logistics (for old gold) guidelines as per the defined SOPs.

Support in execution of any activities aimed at increasing sales.

Execute processes to minimize losses due to shop lifting or pilferage.

Ensure adherence to the showrooms standard operating procedures to drive efficiency and utilize communication channels to provide upward feedback from time to time .

Follow all showroom operations SOPs and work towards continuous improvement of the same.

Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom which includes sales transactions tracking customer orders and payments registering sale and maintaining inventory updates providing service handling old gold and after sales service gathering consumer data for feedback.

Responsible for inventory management process in the showroom.

Shall adhere to the standards established in terms of grooming attendance and punctuality.

Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of products by attending product trainings and workshops.

Act as a mentor and guide for counter sales executives.
