Unigage is a 60 member full funnel digital first mainline agency which has been around for 5+ years. We drive business outcomes using a combination of consulting, brand strategy, campaigns, social and digital strategy. To give you some context we started out as an Accel funded company called CureJoy and we built the world's largest natural living and preventive health community with about 20 million people following us across the globe.

Unigage was born from the constant requests from Accel to help their other portfolio companies scale quickly. In this space bring together the power of building communities, using digital to scale sales and by keeping all of it intact with brand we are on the way to being one of the fastest growing agencies. We have about 30-35 clients currently with the likes of Yezdi, Jawa, Sleepyhead Himalaya Face Care, Himalaya Hygiene, BlueStone, Nova IVF etc

Overview

The role of a Group Account Director is to lead and maintain the relationship with their client(s) and guide the account team, providing overall direction and long-term growth opportunities. The GAD will have a birds-eye view on their accounts and will create conditions where others thrive and produce the best possible work.

The Group Account Director will help shape and work closely with their team to ensure clarity on the division of responsibilities and a 'right person, right role' skills based approach. It's the GAD's responsibility to set the tone and mood of the team and to manage the structure and day to day running of the account, efficiently engaging the different agency functions when appropriate. He/she will be well-versed in their clients' brand and business, understating their business challenges and how they can be overcome through creative marketing ideas. The GAD must also be commercially minded, recognising opportunities for ongoing profitability.

The Group Account Director constantly thinks three steps ahead, driving excellent client service and a culture of rock solid delivery with the team. His/her mindset is to go above and beyond client expectations and consistently lead the team by example.
