Job description
1- Build and maintain relationships with Retail Broking Partners
2- Drive top-line with healthy business mix and strong bottom line across LOBs and Products
3- Ensuring seamless relationship with client and driving activities like: KPIs, Engagement, MIS, System Development Support
4- Prepare MIS / Performance reports for partners and internal employees
5- Maintain Tracker & MOMs and track and update progress from respective SPOCs
6- Coordinate and Manage cross functional projects including stakeholders from Actuarial, UW, Marketing, Ops etc to drive channels and support locations in growing
7- Prior experience in insurance, knowledge of non-motor products, Broking sales & strategy
Required Skills:-
1- Experience in Key Relationship / Key account management in any Industry
2- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
3- Keen on taking ownership and responsibility, flexible and self-starter
4- Able to work independently, take initiative and manage a variety of activities concurrently
5- Negotiation Skills
6- Product Knowledge - Non-Motor/ Motor LOB
7-Excellent at MS office: Excel, Word, PPT
