Job Description
- Assist in SVPN ID creation, SVPN ID transfer, SVPN ID reset Password, SVPN ID reset PC MAC address.
- Assist in SVPN User Troubleshooting, Submit daily work report, SVPN daily usage report.
- Assist in u-Ready ID creation, u-Ready ID Period extension, u-Ready ID PC MAC address reset and submit daily work report
- Search User ID on SCME if a user already has desk phone number
- If not exist, create FMC / C2D / SCME accounts
- Send a welcome email to employee with manual attached'
- SEA user termination (phone database removal)
- Termination email to be received from SEA GA (SDSA)
- Check Knox portal & SCME to find terminated employees to be removed'
The Successful Applicant
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Engineering bachelor level degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 to4 years of experience as a remote technician or other customer support role.
- Network Knowledge & Experience (preferred VPN Tunneling, experienced with ISP for troubleshooting).
- Basic Systems understanding and should be familiar with PC Hardware, MS Office etc.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and telephone etiquette.
- Exp in ITIL process will be preferred
